Finally!!!!!

On February 25, 2006, I became the proud recipient of a Sister-in-Law! It was such a beautiful ceremony and everything went off without a hitch. Walt even sang a song for Aimee before she came down the aisle. It wasn't a surprise but I didn't know he was going to do it so it was a nice surprise for me. He wasn't nervous at all about singing and he did a wonderful job. Holly and Zachary were the Flower Girl and Ring Bearer and although we were a bit nervous about what Zachary might do during the ceremony, he managed to keep it down to some minor fidgeting. It was such a happy weekend for everyone and I'm so thankful that Aimee and Walt found each other.

Holly and Aimee posing together before the ceremony. Aimee looked incredibly beautiful.

Here's Holly and Aunt Aimee watching the beginning of the ceremony from the hall. Holly's dress was gorgeous and she looked so pretty in it.

Zachary the Ring Bearer

Zachary did a good job walking down the aisle and seemed to enjoy his moment of glory. I wish I had focused on him instead of the pews when I took the picture but atleast it turned out good enough.

Ring Bearer

As you can see, after enjoying his walk down the aisle he quickly becomes bored. I do not have pictures of him during the rest of the ceremony but there was lots of fidgeting, making of faces, and closely examining those shiney black shoes involved. He spent a bit of time putting his shoe in his mouth during the rehersal so when he grabbed hold of his shoe during the wedding, we were furiously making "put it down" signs at him. Thankfully, he just wanted to examine the bottom of it. He does look mighty handsome in that tux though.
