Hallelujah!

*cue the choir of angels and heavenly trumpets*

Zachary is potty trained!! Desperate to finally get over this hurdle with him, I went to a dollar store and bought a bag full of toys that he was interested in and when we got home I told him if he went poo poo in the potty he could pick a toy from the bag. I've never seen a child more excited about putting poo poo in the potty. I should have done that weeks ago. He's now wearing underwear all day and so far only one accident when he waited too long to get to the potty. Thankfully we were at home. Now I'm waiting for him to stay dry during the night but it was the daytime I was mostly concerned about. PreK here we come! Thank goodness!
